Here’s how I work with you to find the right people - professionally, transparently and with genuine care.

Everything here is designed to keep things simple, fair and built for long-term partnerships.


👋 Who We Are (and Who You Are)


These terms are between LEDE HR (“we”, “us”) and you, our client.


When you decide to move forward with a candidate we’ve introduced, it means you’re happy to proceed under the terms below.


Simple, transparent and built on mutual trust - just how we like to work.

We work closely with you to represent your business - and the role - with care, clarity and positivity.


Every candidate we introduce will know:


  • who you are
  • what you do
  • and why your opportunity matters


No time-wasters, no pressure - just genuinely motivated people who are a good match for your team.


📞 Communication & Contact


We’re here to support you at every step - but we know that sometimes it’s easier to speak directly.


You’re welcome to contact candidates at any stage.

We’ll make the introductions and help keep things moving smoothly.


Anything marked as confidential will always stay that way.


🧩 Candidate Suitability


We carefully screen each candidate before making an introduction - but the final hiring decision is always yours.


You’re responsible for:


  • references
  • right-to-work checks
  • qualifications
  • any additional checks required


We’ll guide and support as needed, but you make the final call.


⚖️ Responsibility & Liability


We act as your recruitment partner - not as your legal representative or the candidate’s employer.


We do our best to get things right, but we can’t accept responsibility for any issues, delays or losses that may arise after a hire is made.


We’ll work with you to keep everything running smoothly, but final decisions ultimately sit with you as the employer.


🔒 Confidentiality & Referrals


Introductions are made in confidence.


If you share a candidate we’ve introduced with someone else - and they go on to be hired - our standard fee still applies.


We trust you’ll treat our introductions with the same care we do.


📣 Hiring & Notification


If you hire a candidate we’ve introduced within 6 months of our last meaningful contact regarding them, just let us know as soon as possible along with the offer details.


We keep things open and transparent so we can support you properly and keep records accurate.


❗ Already in Touch with the Candidate?


That’s fine - if you were already in conversation with the candidate before our introduction, just let us know and share any evidence.


We’ll always be fair.


💼 Our Fee


We keep pricing straightforward so you always know where you stand.


Fees are based on the candidate’s base salary only, plus VAT.


Standard fee structure:


  • 12% for salaries up to £35,000
  • 15% for salaries £35,001-£60,000
  • 18% for salaries over £60,000


A minimum fee of £2,500 applies to all permanent placements.


Temp-to-perm:

If a temp we’ve placed is offered a permanent role within 6 months, we’ll apply our permanent fee - reduced by any margin already billed for that temp period, up to the value of the full fee.


Hiring regularly or filling multiple roles? Happy to discuss a tailored rate.


🛡️ Our Rebate Guarantee


We want every hire to work out - but if things don’t go to plan, we’ll put it right.


If a candidate leaves within the first 6 weeks, and the invoice was paid on time, you can choose:


  • A one-time free replacement, or
  • A full refund, paid within 30 days


Just let us know as soon as possible so we can work with you to keep things moving smoothly.

For more senior positions or when a retained search is the best approach, we’ll take the time to understand exactly what you need - then provide a tailored proposal based on scope and support.


We agree the details together after a proper briefing.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the standard terms above apply.
