We use Homerun, provided by Homerun B.V., as our recruitment platform to manage candidate information and recruitment processes. Homerun processes candidate information on our behalf as a data processor.
Homerun's main ATS hosting is provided through Amazon Web Services in the EU. Some supporting services, including email communications, may involve processing outside the UK or EEA. Where this happens, appropriate data protection safeguards are required to be in place.
We may also use other reputable technology and professional service providers where necessary to operate LEDE HR and provide our services.
Where another organisation processes personal information on our behalf, we expect appropriate confidentiality, security and data protection arrangements to be in place.

When providing HR consultancy services, LEDE HR may have access to employee information and confidential business information belonging to a client.
We handle this information with care and discretion and use it only for the purpose for which it has been provided, in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and any agreed client instructions.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold.
Access is limited to those who need the information, and personal and confidential information is handled appropriately.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information entrusted to us.
Some of the systems and service providers we use may process or store information outside the UK.

Candidate recruitment information will typically be retained for up to 12 months following our last meaningful contact, unless there is a good reason to retain it for longer or you ask us to delete it sooner and we are able to do so.
