I started in recruitment, working in agency recruitment and search across construction, property and professional roles.
I then moved in-house, where recruitment remained a major part of my work alongside HR, People and operational leadership.
Over the years I've recruited across legal, technology, engineering, product, sales and marketing, finance and business support, from operational and specialist roles through to managers and senior appointments.
I've recruited in the UK and internationally, and helped businesses build and grow teams from the inside.

I'm a Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel & Development, alongside a degree in the Built Environment.
My career has included recruitment consultancy, executive search, senior HR and People roles and operational leadership, working with businesses at different stages of growth.
I'm based on the Wirral and work primarily with businesses across Merseyside, Cheshire and the surrounding area, as well as further afield where it makes sense.
