For more than 15 years, I’ve worked in HR and people leadership roles across small businesses, national organisations and fast-growing teams. In every role, one thing has always been true: when people feel respected and involved, they bring their best.
My approach to HR is simple, practical and people-first.
I focus on clear communication, fair processes and honest conversations - the things that genuinely help people feel supported at work.
I’m based on the Wirral and work with small businesses across Merseyside who want a friendly, reliable and straight-talking HR partner. No jargon. No judgement. Just calm, experienced support when you need it.
