I’ve always believed that the best workplaces feel different.
They’re places where people feel valued, trusted and part of something that matters - not just somewhere they turn up to do a job.
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked across recruitment and senior HR leadership roles - starting my career in leading recruitment businesses before moving into Head of HR roles within growing organisations. In every role, one thing has always been true: when people feel respected and involved, they bring their best.
My approach to HR is simple, practical and people-first.
I focus on clear communication, fair processes and honest conversations - the things that genuinely help people feel supported at work.
Trust matters in this work. I treat every conversation, document and situation as confidential - because that’s what good HR demands.
I hold a degree in the Built Environment, a postgraduate diploma in Personnel and Development, and I’m a Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD).
I’m based on the Wirral and support businesses across Merseyside - and occasionally further afield - who want a friendly, reliable and straight-talking HR partner. No jargon. No judgement. Just calm, experienced support when you need it.
I approach recruitment the same way I approach HR - with honesty, clarity and care - helping businesses find the right person and set them up properly from day one.
